Ingredients:
Crisp lettuce leaves
1 orange, diced
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Boiling water
Cold water
Napkin
Mayonnaise
Sweet cream
Instructions:
Arrange crisp lettuce leaves on plates.
Place the diced orange on each plate.
Steep the onion slices in boiling water for 2 minutes.
Remove the onion slices from the boiling water and plunge them into cold water to stop the cooking process.
Dry the onion slices with a napkin.
Spread a thick layer of mayonnaise mixed with sweet cream over the oranges on each plate.
Top the mayonnaise mixture with the onion slices.
