Sending a Message 📨

From the page where you encountered an error or have a comment, send us a message using Get in Touch. Do this by clicking on the Hamburger button (right of the ONUMA logo). A drop down appears, and at the bottom of the drop down is the Get in Touch button. Using the Get in Touch button to communicate with Onuma this way has several benefits:

• The comment is sent from the area of the scheme that you were working on, which helps us respond specifically to your comment.

• Use Get in Touch button to make a suggestion for new features. We frequently add new features to ONUMA|System and your suggestion might be considered.

• If the question/comment is bug related (an error in the system), we will respond (typically within hours on business days-- depending on the time zone).

• If the question/comment is not bug related (an error in the system), Onuma will review it and consider addressing it in a webinar.

• If immediate response to non-bug related issues are needed, please consider Paid Technical Support.

In Your Message:

Be specific as possible and addressing in your message, answers to these questions:

1. • 1. What is the operating system you are using?

     2. What were you trying to do?

     3. How did you try to do it?

     4. What did you think was suppose to happen?

     5. How did it not happen?

Attach files that will be helpful for us to review, for example:

A file that you wanted to upload or import that did not work (e.g. excel, BIMXML, etc.)

A screenshot(s) for additional clarification; like when you get error messages, find something you do not understand, get a blank page, find a typo, etc.
