To Add Spaces in a Building

The floor slab shape is visible of the Building.

Select Views+Data and Add Spaces

Select a space shape or a predefined space from the pull-down.

Select Spaces Icon to Edit Spaces

Select the spaces button to edit space location and shape.

Edit Furniture and Equipment

Select Add Components tab to edit or add components. Then the furniture icons appear.

Note: Components are furniture, equipment, people, objects that are associated with spaces.

Edit Component Attributes by Selecting Them

Double-clicking a Component or clicking the “i” button above the component tab, opens up the attributes about that particular component.

Note: The ONUMA|System works cross-platforms and devices. Use the “i” button to open the component tab when “double clicking” on an iOS or Android device does not work.

• Settings for Components are viewable and editable:

  • 1. Component Name

    2. Width

    3. Depth

    4. Height

    5. Other attributes are in the tabs

Navigate Schemes, Floors and Spaces

A Scheme consists four levels:

• Site

• Buildings

• Floors

• Spaces

The BIM Navigation panel allows quick navigation to any building or space.
