Will Dashboard be Added to O2?

• Creating custom dashboards is already possible by using the API from the ONUMA | System and linking the data to tools such as Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, other dashboarding tools or your own application.

• Contact us through the Get in Touch button on the upper right of ONUMA |System to find out more.

• Selected BIMgenie users already have access to new dashboards. Similar functionality is being worked on for the ONUMA | System.

• In 2022 new built-in dashboards and views of data will be added to the ONUMA | System. Stay tuned!

When will O2 be available?

• It has been available to selected users since early 2020.

• New users will automatically get access to it starting Jan. 1, 2021.

• Existing users will have their accounts transferred over on Dec. 31, 2020.

Are all the features available prior to O2 going to be available in O2?

• Most of the features are included in O2, some specialized features will be added over time.

• If there is a feature you do not see in O2 that is needed contact us below.

Will my existing projects and schemes prior to O2 be accessible?

• All existing projects, schemes and account will be transferred to O2 from your existing account in the ONUMA System (O1) on January 1, 2021.

• It is also possible to export BIMXML from older schemes to import them to O2.

I am an O2 Beta tester, will my schemes be transferred to O2 on January 1, 2021?

• Beta testers who have been invited to try the O2 features prior to the January 1, 2021 transfer will not have their test projects and schemes transferred to O2.

• If you would like to save a specific scheme or projects, save it as a BIMXML export and import it back to O2 after January 1, 2021.

Will BIMgenie Facility Management System be updated in 2021?

• BIMgenie users will have an updated user interface starting on Jan. 1, 2021.
