Rapidly plan for new or renovated facilities using BIM. Rapidly create estimates and reports and use the same BIM to complete
Use program spaces created in the ONUMA System to plan new facilities. Spaces can be from other projects, templates, added directly from projects, copied from other projects, shared by other users and generated from other source data or BIMs.
Spaces can be moved into position, size can be adjusted, content can be added or deleted, and new spaces can be added. Floors can also be added or deleted. As edits are made the reports are updated in real time. Version of schemes can be saved to compare how the design is meeting the requirements.
Layout the spaces on each floor by moving spaces around. The layouts can be rough "sketch" ideas or be more precise. Sketching with shapes thare are in BIM with data creates more accurate reports and provides visual feedback on the design.
The design does not have to be 100% resolved to get useful information from the BIM. One advantage of the ONUMA System is sketching with data. The requirement data may be
Add floors as needed by creating a new floor or duplicating existing floors and spaces. As floors are added the height of the building increases and a three dimensional massing model is created to be calculated and viewed in BIM and GIS applications such as Google Earth.
Selecting where to duplicate floors and spaces will create a new floor.
Buildings are located geo-spatially on a map to rapidly and accurately plan how they fit.
Use the Map to Change Location. The scale of the building is immediately visible in context to the map.
The decisions and geometries and metrics generate reports of areas, cost and other data in real time as the design is edited.
Reports can be generated by exporting data to Excel, the built in reporting or by linking to dashboards such as Google Data Studio through the ONUMA API.
