Privacy Policy for “OnlyPets SereneSea”
Last Updated: July 2026
OnlyPets Studio (“we,” “us,” or “the Studio”) respects your privacy and the protection of your personal data. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how information is stored, collected, used, shared, and protected when you use the “OnlyPets SereneSea” mobile application (“App”) and related services.
Please read this Policy carefully before using the App. Certain features, including Google cloud backup, Collaborative Maintenance, advertising privacy choices, photo access, notifications, and in-app purchases, may require separate authorization or consent under your device settings, third-party service requirements, or applicable law. General acceptance of this Policy does not replace those separate authorizations.
1. Data Storage, Collection, and Use
1.1 No Studio Account Required and Local Data Storage
The App’s core features generally do not require you to register an account with the Studio. Unless you choose to enable optional features such as Google cloud backup, Collaborative Maintenance, or other optional services, you generally do not need to provide your email address, phone number, or legal name to use the App’s main functions.
Information you enter, create, import, or generate in the App may include, but is not limited to:
Aquarium profiles and water-quality records
Maintenance logs, timeline events, and milestone entries
Livestock, equipment, consumables, and related management data
Lighting records, dosing records, and other husbandry logs
Aquarium, livestock, equipment, and growth-history photos
Daily tasks, maintenance tasks, due dates, and completion records
Notifications, reminders, language, display, and other App settings
Custom pet names, pet quotes, and pet-related settings
Aquariums, items, members, notes, and completion information used in Collaborative Maintenance
Backup data required for export, import, or restoration
Other husbandry, management, merchant-service, or collaboration data created by users
This information is stored locally on your mobile device by default and is protected by your device operating system and reasonable security mechanisms implemented by the App.
Unless you actively use export, sharing, Collaborative Maintenance, restoration, Google cloud backup, customer support, or other features that require data transmission, the Studio will not proactively upload, browse, back up, monitor, or analyze your private husbandry data or photos.
1.2 Collaborative Maintenance
The App may provide a “Collaborative Maintenance” feature supporting personal mode, merchant mode, or other multi-user collaboration workflows. Depending on your needs, you may actively create a collaboration, select aquariums to share, generate or enter invitation details, invite members, or confirm joining a collaboration created by another user.
Collaborative Maintenance may process or display information including, but not limited to:
Collaboration name, mode, and related settings
Display name, nickname, code, Anonymous Unique ID, invitation code, receipt code, or join status of the creator, members, or participants
Names and basic details of aquariums you actively choose to share, along with necessary maintenance-related information
Maintenance items, due dates, reminder status, completion status, and priority
Person who completed a task, completion time, due time, and notes
Merchant maintenance preparation lists, quick templates, custom items, quantities, and other service-preparation information
Technical information required for confirming invitations, joins, synchronization, conflict resolution, offline operation, or troubleshooting
Other content you actively enter, select, or share within the Collaborative Maintenance feature
The scope of sharing in Collaborative Maintenance is generally limited to the aquariums and related maintenance data you actively choose to share. Unselected aquariums, photos, full backups, other files in Google Drive, full Google Account content, payment data, advertising data, and other non-authorized content will not be automatically provided to other members merely because you use Collaborative Maintenance.
Display names, performer names, notes, and other participant-identifying details may be shown to other members within the same collaboration to identify task distribution, completion history, responsibility, and service status. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information in display names, notes, custom items, or other shared fields.
Collaborative Maintenance data may be transmitted, synchronized, verified, or updated through necessary network services used by the App, user-authorized Google services, invitation mechanisms, or data exchange between participating devices, depending on actual feature design. The Studio processes such information only to the extent necessary to provide the feature and will not sell Collaborative Maintenance content or use it for unrelated personalized advertising.
Collaboration creators or members with administrative permissions may be able to:
Select or change shared aquariums
Invite, approve, remove, or re-invite members
View member join status
Create, modify, complete, or delete maintenance items
Manage merchant preparation lists, quick templates, custom items, and quantities
Stop Collaborative Maintenance or stop sharing a specific aquarium
General members in Collaborative Maintenance, depending on feature design and permissions, may be able to view, create, modify, complete, or annotate shared maintenance data.
You may leave a collaboration, stop sharing, remove members, or delete a collaboration using the functions currently available in the App. After sharing stops, a user leaves, or a member is removed, that user will generally no longer receive future updates. However, previously synchronized or retrieved content may remain on other members’ devices, in backup files, or in exported data. Unless the App specifically provides synchronized deletion, the Studio cannot guarantee that data already stored on another user’s device, backup, or external storage location will be deleted simultaneously.
If you use merchant mode to manage customer aquariums or receive maintenance services from a merchant, you should share only the data necessary to perform the service. Creators, merchants, and members must ensure they have lawful authority to share the relevant aquarium, contact, service, or note information, and must independently manage member permissions, device security, and invitation details.
1.3 Google Cloud Backup and Restoration
The App may offer optional Google cloud backup and restoration features.
When you choose to sign in to a Google Account and enable cloud backup, the App will store backup files created by the App in your own Google Drive App-specific folder after obtaining your authorization.
The App uses the Google Drive API appDataFolder as its cloud backup storage location. This is an App-specific hidden folder intended primarily for storing App backup data. Under normal circumstances, users will not see this folder directly in the standard Google Drive file list, and other Google Drive applications cannot freely access its contents.
The App uses Google Drive appDataFolder solely to:
Upload backups created by the App
Read backups previously created by the App
Download backups for user restoration
Display and manage cloud backups created by the App
Delete cloud backups specified by the user within the App
Perform necessary operations required for full backup, restoration, file verification, and error handling
The App does not request full access to all files in your Google Drive, nor does it read, browse, modify, or delete Google Drive files unrelated to App backups.
Google cloud backups may contain:
Aquarium profiles and water-quality records
Lighting, dosing, and other husbandry records
Livestock, equipment, and consumables data
Photos and growth-history photos
Milestones, daily tasks, and maintenance tasks
Notifications, reminders, and App settings
Custom pet names, pet quotes, and pet-related settings
Local Collaborative Maintenance data, settings, lists, completion records, and other content necessary for restoration
Other local data required to fully restore App data
If automatic cloud backup is enabled, the App may automatically check whether a backup is needed after data changes are saved, while the App is in use, when connectivity returns, or the next time the App is opened. If backup conditions are met, the App will upload the backup file to your Google Drive App-specific folder.
If “Wi-Fi Only Auto Backup” is enabled, automatic backups will run only over Wi-Fi. If you disable this option, backup operations may use mobile data, which may incur data transfer fees charged by your mobile carrier.
Google cloud backup data is stored in your own Google Account and Google Drive storage space and will not be uploaded to private backup servers operated by the Studio. The Studio will not proactively access, browse, analyze, sell, or share the contents of your Google Drive backups.
Collaborative Maintenance and Google Drive backup are separate features. Data displayed or synchronized in Collaborative Maintenance does not give other members access to your Google Drive appDataFolder, nor do other members gain access to your Google Account or full backups merely by joining Collaborative Maintenance.
1.4 Google Sign-In and Authorization Data
When you use Google cloud backup or other features that explicitly require Google authorization, the App may obtain Google sign-in authorization details to perform the corresponding functions.
Relevant information may include:
Google Account authorization status
Google Account display details (such as email address or name) used to display sign-in status within the App
Google Drive API access tokens or required authorization credentials
The above Google authorization data is used solely to:
Display Google sign-in status
Upload App backup files
Read the App’s cloud backup list
Download backup files for user restoration
Manage or delete cloud backups created by the App
Execute user-selected features that explicitly require Google authorization
Sign out of a Google Account
Revoke or terminate Google service authorizations
The App will not sell, rent, or provide Google authorization credentials to advertising platforms or data brokers, nor will it use them for purposes unrelated to authorized Google features.
The App’s access, use, storage, and sharing of Google user data will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
1.5 Device Identifiers and Anonymous Unique ID
To provide account-free invitation codes, receipt codes, Collaborative Maintenance member identification, activity eligibility verification, lifetime VIP anti-duplication, or other necessary local verification features, the App may read identification information provided by the operating system (such as Android ID) and process it locally using a one-way irreversible hash to generate an alphanumeric Anonymous Unique ID.
The Anonymous Unique ID may serve as:
Collaborative Maintenance invitations, member identification, join confirmation, or receipt verification
Invitation codes or receipt codes
Local criteria for determining VIP status
Prevention of duplicate activity redemptions
VIP reissue or customer support verification
Troubleshooting and data consistency checks
The App does not build public user profiles with this identifier, nor does it proactively link it to your real name, phone number, or email address unless you independently provide such information in Collaborative Maintenance display names, notes, or customer support contacts.
If Collaborative Maintenance requires the transmission of an Anonymous Unique ID, invitation code, receipt code, or join status, the App will use it only to the extent necessary to confirm invitations, identify members, synchronize required status, or prevent duplicate joins.
If you voluntarily provide your Anonymous Unique ID through customer support channels, the Studio will use it solely for necessary verification regarding activity eligibility, Collaborative Maintenance issues, VIP reissue, troubleshooting, or after-sales support.
The Anonymous Unique ID is distinct from advertising identifiers managed under Apple App Tracking Transparency and should not be used for cross-app or cross-website tracking.
1.6 Activity and Customer Support Verification Data
When users request activity eligibility, Collaborative Maintenance assistance, VIP reissue, troubleshooting, or complaint support through the official Facebook Page, LINE Official Account, or other customer service channels, the Studio may request that you voluntarily provide:
Anonymous Unique ID
Invitation code, receipt code, collaboration name, or join status
Proof of purchase
Issue screenshots, error messages, or related logs
Necessary contact information
Other information required to process the request
The above data is used solely to:
Verify activity, invitation, collaboration, or VIP eligibility
Provide after-sales support
Resolve user issues
Prevent duplicate redemptions, misuse, or unauthorized joins
Maintain normal service operation and security
Fulfill necessary legal or dispute resolution obligations
The Studio will not use such data for purposes unrelated to your original request, nor will it sell it to third parties.
The App may request necessary system permissions depending on the features you actively choose to use.
2.1 Photos and Media Library
When you actively choose to import aquarium, livestock, equipment, growth history, or other record photos, or choose to save reports and images to your device, the App may request photo library or media storage permissions.
The App uses this permission only when you actively perform related operations and will not arbitrarily browse, upload, or analyze your entire photo library in the background.
If you actively add photos to shared aquariums, maintenance records, or other Collaborative Maintenance fields, those photos or related content may be made available to other members depending on actual feature design. Photos not actively added to shared content will not be automatically shared merely because photo permissions were granted.
If the App provides features to directly take photos of aquariums, livestock, equipment, or other records, it may request camera permissions when you actively choose to take a picture.
Camera content will not be captured or uploaded automatically without user action. If you actively add captured content to Collaborative Maintenance or backups, that content will be processed according to your chosen feature.
The App may request notification permissions to provide:
Maintenance task reminders
Water test reminders
Daily task reminders
Equipment servicing reminders
Due, overdue, completion, or status reminders in Collaborative Maintenance
Deep maintenance notifications or consolidated overdue reminders
Other local notifications configured by the user
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, maintenance reminders are primarily generated through local device scheduling and do not mean the Studio receives your notification content or private husbandry data. You may disable or adjust notification permissions at any time through your device system settings.
The App may use network connections to perform:
Google Sign-In
Google Drive backup and restoration
Collaborative Maintenance invitation checks, join confirmations, status updates, or necessary data synchronization
Google AdMob ad loading
In-app purchases and purchase verification
Opening the Privacy Policy, official website, or customer support pages
Other optional features requiring internet access
Core local aquarium management and record-keeping features do not strictly require continuous connectivity. However, Collaborative Maintenance, Google Drive, advertising, purchase verification, and other network features may be temporarily unavailable due to lack of network, third-party service outages, device restrictions, or system policies.
3. Third-Party Services and SDKs
To maintain normal operation, provide optional features, and support free services, the App may integrate third-party services or SDKs.
3.1 Google AdMob Services, Advertising Consent, and Tracking Permissions
To support App operations, the App may use Google AdMob to display:
Interstitial ads
Rewarded ads
Other ads complying with platform rules
Local promotional content when ads fail to display
Ad performance measurement
Google Mobile Ads SDK or its advertising partners may process the following data based on your location, device settings, privacy choices, and applicable law:
Advertising identifiers, such as iOS IDFA or Android Advertising ID
Device type, operating system version, language, and application version
IP address and approximate region inferred from it
Ad impressions, clicks, and interaction data
Ad diagnostics, fraud prevention, and performance measurement data
Actual data processed and purposes remain subject to the privacy policies of Google and its advertising partners, your privacy settings, and applicable law.
The Studio will not provide aquarium, water quality, maintenance, livestock, equipment, photo, Collaborative Maintenance, or backup content from the App to advertising platforms, nor will it use such private husbandry or collaboration data to create personalized ads.
iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On iOS or iPadOS devices supporting App Tracking Transparency (ATT), the App may display Apple’s system prompt asking whether you permit user or device data collected from the App to be linked with data from apps, websites, or properties owned by other companies for personalized advertising or ad performance measurement.
You are free to allow or deny this request. Denying tracking will not affect core App features like aquarium management, water testing, reminders, backups, Collaborative Maintenance, or other main functions. The App may still display non-personalized ads, contextual ads, or local promotional content that does not use IDFA.
You can view or modify tracking permissions later via iOS "Settings" → "Privacy & Security" → "Tracking". Apple’s ATT choice holds priority. Other consent screens, general acceptance of this Policy, or third-party privacy choices will not override your choice made in the iOS ATT prompt.
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)
In the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland, or other jurisdictions governed by relevant privacy regulations, the App may display an ad privacy consent screen via Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) allowing users to select personalized ads, non-personalized ads, ad data processing preferences, or privacy management options.
UMP regional ad consent and Apple ATT system tracking permissions are distinct mechanisms. Selections made in UMP will not override your choice in the iOS ATT prompt. If your region does not legally require UMP privacy options, relevant options may not appear or may show as currently unavailable.
The App will not restrict core features because a user rejects personalized ads or tracking.

3.2 Google Drive API and Google Sign-In
If you choose to use Google cloud backup or other features explicitly requiring Google authorization, the App will use Google Sign-In and Google Drive API for authorization, backup upload, backup reading, backup management, and restoration.
The App requests only the minimum permissions required for relevant functions and stores App backup data in Google Drive appDataFolder. Data handling by Google Drive and Google Accounts remains subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and applicable service terms.
3.3 Network and Synchronization Services for Collaborative Maintenance
Collaborative Maintenance features may require the App’s built-in invitation mechanisms, user-authorized Google services, network connections, or other technical services necessary for data transmission, status confirmation, and synchronization.
Relevant services process data solely within the scope required to provide Collaborative Maintenance, confirm members, synchronize selected aquariums and maintenance data, handle errors, or prevent misuse.
If Collaborative Maintenance integrates new third-party cloud, sync, or communication services in the future that materially impact data processing, the Studio will update this Policy and provide necessary explanations or consent mechanisms pursuant to applicable standards.
3.4 Apple App Store and Google Play Payment Services
The App may offer one-time purchases, subscriptions, lifetime VIP, or other digital items.
Payment processing, subscription management, transaction verification, and refund procedures may be handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, respectively.
The Studio typically does not directly collect your complete credit card numbers, bank account details, or other full payment information. Platforms may provide the App with purchase status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, or subscription status to:
Apple and Google process payment data according to their respective privacy policies and terms of service.
3.5 Expo, React Native, SQLite, and Related Libraries
The App may use Expo, React Native, SQLite, and related libraries as technical foundations for cross-platform execution, local data storage, device integration, Collaborative Maintenance, and network status handling.
Certain system features (such as photo selection, file handling, SQLite storage, notifications, device adaptation, network checks, and data sync) may require device system APIs. Using these frameworks does not mean the Studio proactively collects your personal data. Actual data processing depends on enabled features, user actions, and third-party component behavior.
3.6 Third-Party Service Responsibility
Third-party service providers may process data under their own privacy policies and terms. The Studio makes reasonable efforts to select appropriate services and limit their scope of use, but cannot directly control all systems and processing activities of third-party providers.
The Studio will reasonably manage third-party code and services integrated into the App pursuant to applicable laws and platform standards, and will update this Policy upon material changes to services or data processing practices.
4. Data Sharing, Disclosure, and Sale
The Studio will not sell your aquarium data, water quality records, photos, Collaborative Maintenance content, backup content, Google Drive data, or other private husbandry data.
Except under the following circumstances, the Studio will not proactively share or disclose your personal data to third parties:
Upon your explicit operation, invitation, sharing, or authorization
To provide selected aquarium and maintenance data to members you chose in Collaborative Maintenance
To provide Google Drive backup, Google Sign-In, or other Google-authorized features you selected
To process in-app purchases, manage subscriptions, or restore purchases
To display ads and legally required ad privacy choices
To handle customer service, Collaborative Maintenance issues, activity eligibility, or after-sales support
To maintain system security and prevent fraud, duplicate redemptions, unauthorized joins, or misuse
As required by law, court orders, government authorities, or other legal processes
To protect the safety and legal rights of users, the Studio, or third parties
Collaborative Maintenance members are not employees or agents of the Studio. When you join a collaboration, invite others, or share aquarium data, those members may view, modify, complete, or retain shared content according to their permissions. Please invite only trusted individuals and regularly review member lists and sharing scopes.
Third-party services may process device, payment, authorization, or ad information under their own policies. The Studio makes reasonable efforts to limit data use and will not proactively provide private husbandry or collaboration content to advertising providers.
5. Data Deletion, Stopping Sharing, and User Rights
Because the App primarily uses local storage, you may delete local data by:
Using individual deletion options built into the App
Using clear or format options built into the App
Clearing application data via device settings
Uninstalling the App
Once deleted, local data may be unrecoverable. If you retain local ZIP backups or Google Drive cloud backups, you may still restore data from backups in the future.
5.2 Stopping Sharing and Deleting Collaborative Maintenance Data
Depending on available features in the App, you may be able to:
Stop sharing specific aquariums
Leave a collaboration
Remove members from Collaborative Maintenance
Delete or end a collaboration
Delete maintenance items, completion records, notes, lists, or custom content
Stop receiving Collaborative Maintenance notifications
After stopping sharing, leaving, removing members, or deleting a collaboration, relevant members will generally no longer receive future updates. However, the following data may not be automatically deleted:
Data previously synchronized to other members’ devices
Records independently created or modified by other members
Exported, screenshotted, forwarded, or backed-up content
Data retained in local ZIP backups or Google Drive backups
Records required to be kept for legal, transaction, dispute, or security purposes
If you wish to reduce further data distribution, please stop sharing or remove members first, then delete relevant content using App features, and ask other members to manually delete copies on their devices or backups.
5.3 Deleting Google Cloud Backup Data
If you enable Google cloud backup, deleting local data or uninstalling the App may not automatically delete cloud backups stored in Google Drive appDataFolder.
To stop Google cloud backups, you can:
Turn off automatic cloud backup in the App
Sign out of your Google Account in the App
Delete specified backups in the App’s cloud backup manager (if available in the current version)
Remove the App’s access permissions in your Google Account security or third-party app access management page
Note that removing Google Account authorization and deleting existing cloud backups are separate operations. Revoking authorization stops future App access but may not immediately delete existing backup files. For assistance with cloud backup deletion, contact the Studio using the contact details provided in this Policy.
5.4 Advertising and Tracking Choices
You can manage advertising and tracking options by:
Managing ATT permissions via iOS "Settings" → "Privacy & Security" → "Tracking"
Managing ad consent in applicable regions via Google UMP privacy options
Managing Google ad settings via Google My Ad Center
Purchasing or subscribing to ad-free or VIP options offered by the App (if available)
Refusing tracking or personalized ads will not affect core App features, but may impact ad content, performance measurement, or ad revenue.
5.5 Access, Correction, and Other Rights
To the extent permitted by App features and applicable laws, you may access, correct, delete, or export your local data via in-app options, and manage Collaborative Maintenance sharing scopes, members, and notifications.
If you voluntarily provided details to customer support, you may contact the Studio to inquire about data handling or request access, correction, or deletion pursuant to applicable laws. The Studio may need to verify your identity, Anonymous Unique ID, purchase records, or service history prior to processing.
5.6 Backup, Collaboration, and Restoration Responsibilities
The App may provide ZIP backup export, local restoration, Google cloud backup, Google cloud restoration, and Collaborative Maintenance features.
Users are responsible for properly safeguarding backup files and verifying backups, sharing scopes, and critical records before performing bulk deletions, switching devices, clearing App data, leaving collaborations, removing members, or uninstalling the App.
The Studio may be unable to assist in data recovery if loss, sharing errors, or restoration failures occur due to:
User loss or accidental deletion of backups
User inviting wrong members, sharing wrong aquariums, or accidentally deleting collaboration data
Members modifying, deleting, exporting, or retaining shared content on their own
Device loss, damage, or system errors
Inability to sign in to Google Accounts
Insufficient Google Drive storage space
Network interruptions or third-party service outages
Backups being modified, corrupted, or format-incompatible
User operational errors
Other causes beyond the Studio’s reasonable control
Local Data: Data stored locally on the device is generally retained until the user actively deletes it, clears App data, or uninstalls the App.
Collaborative Maintenance Data: Generally retained according to collaboration status, sharing settings, member permissions, and local data on each member's device. When a collaboration ends, a user leaves, or a member is removed, future data is no longer provided to that member; however, previously synchronized, exported, screenshotted, or backed-up content may remain on other members' devices or backups.
Cloud Backup Data: Backups in Google Drive appDataFolder are generally retained until deleted by the user via the App, Google Account, or other available methods, subject to Google's data retention policies.
Customer Support Data: Anonymous Unique IDs, invitation details, purchase proofs, problem logs, or contact details voluntarily provided to customer support are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to handle support, after-sales service, collaboration issues, activity eligibility, anti-duplication, anti-misuse, and legal obligations.
Legal Records: Transaction, dispute, security, or legal records required by law may be retained for specified statutory periods.
The Studio values data security and strives to maintain the stability and security of the App.
The App takes reasonable technical and administrative measures to mitigate risks of data loss, unauthorized access, tampering, accidental sharing, or abnormal use.
Cloud Backup Security: If you use Google cloud backup, backup files are stored in your own Google Drive appDataFolder and protected by Google Account and Google Drive security mechanisms.
Collaborative Maintenance Security: If you use Collaborative Maintenance, security also depends on the creator, members, their devices, invitation details, display names, network environments, and backup practices.
Recommended Security Practices:
Invite only trusted members
Regularly verify Collaborative Maintenance members and shared aquariums
Do not publicly share invitation codes, receipt codes, or join details
Avoid entering unnecessary sensitive data in notes or display names
Promptly remove members or stop sharing when employees leave, business partnerships end, or devices are lost
Secure device passcodes and Google Account passwords, enabling two-factor authentication where appropriate
Regularly verify that backups succeed, keep important ZIP backups safe, and do not share backup files or purchase proofs indiscriminately
Due to mobile device environments, third-party systems, Google service status, network conditions, actions of other collaboration members, user operations, and hardware issues, the Studio cannot guarantee absolute security or that data will never be lost.
The App is intended for general aquarium hobbyists and is not directed at children under 13, or under the minimum legal age of digital consent in relevant jurisdictions.
The Studio does not knowingly request children to provide real names, phone numbers, email addresses, or other directly identifiable personal data.
Google cloud backup, Collaborative Maintenance, in-app purchases, and certain third-party services are optional features that may require account sign-ins, invitation acceptances, guardian consent, or compliance with platform age restrictions.
If you are a minor, please use Google Sign-In, cloud backups, Collaborative Maintenance, ad settings, and purchasing features under parent or legal guardian supervision and consent, and refrain from entering unnecessary personal details in shared fields.
If you believe a child provided personal details without parental consent, please contact the Studio. The Studio will take reasonable steps to verify and address the matter.
9. Cross-Border Data Processing
Google, Apple, or other third-party service providers may process data in countries or regions outside your country of residence. Cross-border processing takes place pursuant to third-party privacy policies, contractual measures, and applicable laws.
The Studio will not proactively transfer your private aquarium data or full backup files to overseas private backup servers controlled by the Studio. Storage locations and processing for Google Drive backups or other network services are managed by relevant third-party providers according to their architecture and policies.
If Collaborative Maintenance involves cross-border members, data you actively share may be transmitted to devices in members' locations. Please verify recipients and sharing scopes prior to inviting or joining.
10. Privacy Policy Amendments
The Studio may revise this Policy due to:
Changes in laws or platform standards
App feature updates
Adjustments to Collaborative Maintenance or merchant mode
Updates to third-party services or SDKs
Changes in data processing methods
Security, operational, or user rights requirements
Updated versions will be posted on the official website, app store pages, or appropriate in-app locations, with an updated "Last Updated" date.
If the App materially changes how it accesses, uses, stores, or shares Google user data, collaboration data, ad data, or other personal data in the future, the Studio will update this Policy and notify users or re-obtain necessary consent as required by applicable laws and platform rules.
General consent to this Policy does not replace iOS ATT prompt choices, Google UMP ad preferences, Google OAuth authorizations, photo permissions, camera permissions, notification permissions, or other system permissions required by law to be obtained individually.
If you have questions regarding this Policy, App data processing practices, Collaborative Maintenance, Google cloud backup, data deletion, ad privacy choices, or other privacy matters, feel free to contact the Studio via:
