"OnlyPets QuietSea VIP Ad-Free Feature" Refund and After-Sales Policy

Thank you for supporting "OnlyPets QuietSea." To protect the rights and interests of both parties, please read the following instructions carefully before purchasing or redeeming the VIP Ad-Free feature.
1. Digital Content and Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The "VIP Ad-Free feature" provided by this App is classified as digital content and online services. In accordance with Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act and the "Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Cancel Telecommunications Transactions," certain digital content or online services that have been provided and accessed may not be subject to the standard 7-day unconditional right of withdrawal (cooling-off period). Once a user completes the payment, redeems the code, or successfully activates the VIP feature, the digital service is deemed to have been provided. Therefore, unless otherwise specified by law or platform policies, this feature generally does not apply to the 7-day cooling-off period meant for physical goods. 4. Restrictions on Abnormal Usage

Maliciously and repeatedly redeeming codes
