I have promoted attainment, good progress and outcomes by pupils in the following ways;

I came up with the idea of spelling sheets for my pupils. Whenever they needed help with the spelling of a word, I would write it down and then they would write it down several times so that they remembered easily. I witnessed a great positive impact on their spelling skills.(KS1)

Assisting a struggling pupil in Year 4 to make better progress in his work. The sitting arrangement ensures that the teacher is able to get access to each individual during formal lessons and other activities.
Our class rules board include habits that the pupils reflected in and decided that they will work on the habits this term.(KS1)
