Reminders:

  1. Bring a box of golf pencils for your student, if you want?!? Use the program rubric.
  2. You need to bring 3 copies of each title your group will perform (put your school name on it!) and give it to the registration table.
  3. There will be a stage worksheet at the registration table if you have any needs like...extra chair, music stand for instrumentalists, etc.
  4. If you have not submitted payment yet, please do so as I will not release your packet to you until you have paid.
  5. Please plan to be an audience for as many groups as possible.
  6. As for gear, best choice is to leave as much as possible on the bus. If your bus parks on Hostmark St. it's not that far to walk outside to leave/pickup the gear and return. Last year, groups were blocking out specific rows for your school. Difficulty here is then we have empty spaces with bags and no spaces for schools returning from clinic to sit.
  7. If your bus has to leave, perhaps you could have a chaperone with the gear in the balcony area?!?...or in the foyer?!?
  8. The Boosters will have a concessions table (salty, sweet and water). The district policy is no food in the auditorium. Water bottles okay!
  9. There are lunch options close by. Map at the registration table. Examples, Poulsbo Village, Safeway, Central Market, etc.
  10. Please let your school host know if you want to introduce yourself or if you want the stage master of ceremonies to introduce you.
