High School Band
Hey friends!
Our 2022 Band Festival is scheduled for Thursday, March 10th, at Central Kitsap High School. More info to come, but please let (me) Chris Thomas know what groups you are planning on bringing. The attached spreadsheet should match what I've heard back from you. I'll be adding info on our adjudicators and score sheets as I settle on things. Let me know if you have suggestions!
UPDATE: I made an online registration form that will auto generate the invoice that your building accountant will need to process payment. Please complete this so your payment is received by March 1st.

Busing Information
Here's a flyer to distribute for Bussing for large group festivals. (See the MAP Doc in the folder)
Visiting schools' will drop off students at the bus dropoff and entering the performance space through the exterior doors nearest the CKHS Scene shop.
I haven't heard from our transportation department about any more specific instructions, but the following info is my understanding of the times when traffic gets backed up on the CK campus.
Getting into the CK Campus is particularly difficult between 7:45 AM - 8:15 AM and 8:40 AM - 9 AM due to parents dropping off students for school.
Getting off of campus is difficult between 2:20 PM and 2:50 PM and 3:20 PM - 3:40 PM due to parent pick up on non-Thursdays.
On Thursday traffic in the afternoon is backed up at 12:50-1:20 PM and 1:40- 2 PM.
Busses should drop kids off then head to the Silverdale Mall to leave our campus lot clear as much as possible.
Please share info out to your directors as you see fit.

FOOD - Eat in the grassy area just off the CKHS gym, or in the utility corridor if the weather is not cooperating.
