Thank you for being here today. We are thrilled to bring this year's large group contest to life. Please give each group a well deserved welcome and thank you before and after their performances today. Every band deserves a ton of respect for being here today. Here are some brief expectations for the day:
Stay in the Concert Hall and other allowed areas. Do NOT wander around CKHS.
If you need to change into or out of your concert uniform, do so in a rest room.
Only store your stuff in the assigned storage area for your school.
Only enter and exit the performance hall between pieces, not during any performance.
No cell phones or other devices during performances.
No talking (or whispering, or texting) during performances.
Respect your band peers from other schools. Be present and cheer with honest enthusiam.
