Fans unhappy with their seats:
Mason is unhappy with his seat he purchased. He used our app to upgrade his seat for a small price. Since our app has pictures form each section of the stadium he was able to see what his new view of the field will look like. The staff member in the section of Masons original seats was in will then come over to him after getting an alert that seat 201 in section 23 upgraded his seat. The staff member then goes over to him and asks if he would like to have him bring him to his new seat.
Fans unhappy with other fans:
Camryn, Alissa, and Maia are unhappy with other fans in their section. They contacted one of our staff members on our app. The staff member then came over to their seats and asked who they were unhappy with, and what they were doing. They talked to the fans they were unhappy with and in this situation the staff member decided to offer Camryn, Alissa, and Maia to move seats. Camryn, Alissa, and Maia decided to change seats. The staff member marked it down on our app and brought them to their new seats.
Receiving the wrong order:
Jerry ordered a cheeseburger on the app, but when he went to pick it up at the nearest food stand, he was given a plate of nachos. Jerry was furious and started yelling at the employees. Because this was an online order, the employee kindly asked him to go back on the app and click the button that says, "Received Wrong Order." The employee told him that this will allow him to go to the front of the line and explain his situation, and all he has to do is show the difference in his app order and what he received. The employee is demonstrating good service recovery in this moment. The order is replaced immediately and Jerry is given a free meal voucher, and he happily returns to his seat with his voucher and his newly prepared cheeseburger.
Bad food:
John received an uncooked hot dog, and he was furious because of the line he waited in to get it. John rushed to the employee nearest to his seat and started yelling at the stationed employee, Fred. John apologized for the uncooked hot dog, and walked his food back to the stand where it was purchased. Fred tells the people at the stand what happened and writes a report on the mistake, and then brings a new hot dog and a free meal voucher back to John at his seat. At the end of the night, John's report and any other reports given that day will be discussed amongst the employees at the stand so that this miscommunication can be avoided in the future.
