Make sure to download our app! We constantly update our fans about delayed games, rain-outs, last minute ticket offers, and special group deals! We want to answer all of your questions about gameday changes and take care of all your last-minute concerns through this accessible platform.
We will demonstrate face to face communication interaction and be efficient with communication. This creates a relationship between fans and workers. Also it will get our fans information fast and simply. Our employees should be interested in every service opportunity. We teach our employees the importance of body language and listening skills so that they are prepared for every kind of interaction.
Social media is one of our biggest forms of marketing. With over 124,000 followers across our social media platforms, we are able to reach our fans easily and efficiently. As social media now controls many aspects of our day-to-day lives, it is important that we utilize our platform to help inform and update our fans. Not only do we suggest fans follow our team on social media and download our app, but we hope that our fans appreciate this level of accessibility. Furthermore, we encourage fans to ask questions by interacting with posts. If you have a more personal ticket or ballpark related question, feel free to DM us as well. We want to manage our fan issues and contain them because you are our biggest supporters. We will be very active on our social media platforms for these reasons.
Our company is only as good as our weakest employee. We take each hiring decision very seriously so that we can have the strongest team at all times. We value each interaction that our fans have with our employees at the ballpark and over the phone and understand the importance of treating our supporters like family. We hope that our fans take part in and appreciate our survey, because this is just one way we obtain this kind of data as an organization. We expect a lot from our employees to maintain this family environment. We believe that a role in the Storm Chasers organization is a desired one, so again, we pick and choose our employees to make the ballpark experience a great one.
A possible barrier that could occur during the game would be if our app crashed. We are really pushing our fans to use our app for a more effective and a better experience at the game. We want our staff to be prepared for this to happen. If it was to happen we want our staff to walk up and down the stands taking people's orders and bringing them their food as if the app was still working. If we have staff members taking people's orders and bringing them their food they will not have to miss any part of the game.
Some of our employees could also deliver wrong information. We do not have weekly meetings throughout the whole year which could lead to employees not knowing what is going on entirely. They could be giving out false information.
Another possible barrier in this context may be differences that affect internal communication. We want our employees to work well together. This is important not only so that work is completed timely within the organization, but also so that our fans can see employees working together dynamically. This speaks for the entire organization, and most importantly, for the amount of time we invest and training we give to those employees. Employees are a reflection on any organization, and we understand how this pertains to the Storm Chasers because of our name and likeness.
