As an organization, we recognize our fans' wants and needs. Our fans’ needs are non-negotiable to us and we have systems in place to navigate these. We identified safety as one of our biggest consumer needs, so we have sufficient security at all times. As talked about in the needs assessment, our fans expect to have an experience that matches the price of the ticket. Our fans deserve that customer service and attentiveness because they are investing in and trusting us.

We want to let you know that your wants and desires are just as important to us, and we will try to accommodate some of these things for you, as well. An example of this is our determination to keep our facilities clean. We understand that our fans may have traveled quite a distance to the ballpark, and we not only want to retain your business but also give you a favorable experience. A clean venue is not required and definitely not prioritized among our competitors, but we take pride in that because we understand that maybe a clean facility is one of your biggest desires coming to a game.

Another way we look to provide good service is at our food stands. If there is something seriously wrong with your order where it is not prepared to your liking, we will be happy to accommodate a refund or a free meal. This is not a necessary fix, but it would certainly make our fan experience a whole lot better, and that is important to us.

Our fans also want to feel welcome and a sense of belonging when they enter the park. They want to feel like they belong there. Additionally, they want our staff to pay attention to detail. They want us to fix anything broken, and to make the experience better. Our fans expect an electric atmosphere along with an exciting game. Our fans also need a simple flow of transportation in and around the park.
