Some examples of this include attention to detail, emphasis on our fans, and teamwork (https://www.iedunote.com/organizational-culture). All of these collaborative processes are established to be service-oriented. If employees are attentive to detail, that will solve future problems and avoid future conflict. Making our fans a priority will allow them to have a more seamless positive experience. Teamwork will allow all of these things to flow easier as everyone has the same sources of motivation. Since we want our fans to have the best experience possible we have trained our employees to go above and beyond in customer service to ensure that every fan has an amazing experience at Werner Park.
