Intrinsic motivators that we use are we let our employees pick what station they want to work at. “Employees feel their skills are being used in the most effective way and the ability to select projects of personal interest increases the chances the final project will be successful” (https://smallbusiness.chron.com/top-intrinsic-motivation-techniques-employees-17737.html). "Taking on more responsibility at work because you enjoy being challenged and feeling accomplished, rather than to get a raise or promotion" (https://www.healthline.com/health/intrinsic-motivation#examples). Having motivation improves our organizations performance. Letting our employees pick what station or job they want to work will make them work harder because they will pick the job they find best fits them or they like doing. This will make them happier and will give our fans a better experience with our staff in a better mood.
Our extrinsic motivator is that our employee of the month gets a bonus. “Bonuses can play a role in the attraction, motivation and retention of employees.” We will also have a quarterly event where there will be an employee event or employee tailgate. We hold these events to emphasize our culture, purpose, and inclusive, friendly atmosphere. Our bonus program will “promote desired employee behaviors,” “focus employees on common business goals,”(https://www.insperity.com/blog/employee-bonus/). We also want our staff to know their performance, work ethic, and dedication "is worthy of recognition" (https://www.verywellmind.com/differences-between-extrinsic-and-intrinsic-motivation-2795384). Some people our more motivated by physical rewards so having both mental and physical rewards given to our staff members will alllow for everyone to work hard to try and earn them.
