Glow at the Gardens
Denver Botanic Gardens
These crystals served as decorative lights for guests to enjoy as they walked through the Gardens.
My coworkers and I started with large acrylic sheets and cut them to size. We assembled the bases and taped over the seams to keep everything in place, then glued. The same process applied to create the points of the crystals. We attached the bases to the points, and they were ready to go outside.
Once we had the crystals in their position within the flowerbed, we ran power and installed a small light underneath each one.
