17.1 Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to establish a training program for all new recruits. Section 17.2 has a checklist that FTAs and FTOs will use for all new recruits. When a new recruit gets hired on, FTOs should create a new thread in the Training tab on Discord and copy/paste this checklist to keep track of the recruit's progress.
