This contract enhancement opportunity will provide additional funding to programs and provide them with support available to all 3-K and Pre-K for All programs. All current and prospective State-approved nonpublic preschool special education programs are eligible to apply. Through this initiative, we are excited to continue the work of streamlining NYC’s Birth to Five system of early care and education, and to officially make 4410s and 4201s part of Pre-K and 3-K for All.

You may respond to the solicitation as soon as you are able and the first due date is January 20, 2021. We strongly encourage all providers to respond by that date in order to begin contracts this summer. There is a second due date of March 30, 2021 for providers that need more time to plan.
