The Division of Early Childhood Education (DECE) is dedicated to serving the children and families of New York City by providing free, high-quality early childhood education from six weeks to five years old. As part of this mission, the DECE Program Operations team supports programs with their operational and financial needs. To best support programs, the Program Operations team created this website to provide resources for vendors, in addition to the DECE InfoHub.

MYER  Expenditure Report Due  on January 18, 2024

As a reminder, all contracted programs must submit a Mid-Year Expenditure Report in Pre-KIDS by January 18, 2024.

Enrollment Packets for New and Continuing Students Available for Download

School Year 2023-2024 Enrollment Packets for New and Returning School Day and Year Students are now available for download in all official DOE languages. 

Please be aware that to facilitate the enrollment process, DECE has made updates to the registration packets. Families and Caregivers for each student enrolled in your program must complete a registration packet. However, instead of producing different versions of the packet for each age group, a single enrollment form will be used for children registering for 3-K School Day and Year,  Pre-K School Day and Year (SDY), and Pre-K Half Day (HD) seats for the first time. 

Additionally, for students continuing with your program from the previous year, families and caregivers will only need to complete a Returning Student Registration packet to update any information that has changed. The Continuing Student Packet allows families and caregivers to either confirm that the student information has remained the same or provide updates where things have changed. Please use this new packet for all continuing students who are re-enrolling for School Year 2022-2023
