The Division of Early Childhood Education (DECE) is dedicated to serving the children and families of New York City by providing free, high-quality early childhood education from six weeks to five years old.

As part of this mission, the DECE Finance, Operations and Program Enrollment teams support center based programs with their enrollment, operational, contractual and financial needs. This website provides resources for vendors to help them successfully manage the operational needs.
