FY27 began on July 1, 2026. Most programs will be able to perform FY27 related activities such as updating staff, creating class codes, and entering summer enrollments in the system now. School year enrollment, Offer Lists and seats for new 2-K programming will not be available until September.
All center based programs should join the Program Enrollment Team for school year enrollment trainings in August (8/13, 8/14) and September (9/23 and 9/24). In FY26 all programs were assigned a dedicated enrollment specialist to support with enrollment and attendance in Vendor Portal. If you aren't sure what specialist supports your program or if you have questions about enrollment and attendance in Vendor Portal, email the Program Enrollment Team at earlychildhoodenrollment@schools.nyc.gov
If you are a new program who has not contracted with NYCPS before, an enrollment specialist will be assigned to you in August and that individual will reach out to you to share messaging, training details, deadlines and how to work with our team on enrollment and attendance in Vendor Portal.
