As FY26 comes to a close, all programs managing enrollment in Vendor Portal should ensure that all enrollment records have been entered into Vendor Portal and any barriers to successfully certifying attendance have been resolved.
In FY26 all programs were assigned a dedicated enrollment specialist to support with enrollment and attendance in Vendor Portal. If you aren't sure what specialist supports your program or if you have questions about enrollment and attendance in Vendor Portal, email the Program Enrollment Team at earlychildhoodenrollment@schools.nyc.gov
New trainings for FY27, which will begin July, 2026, will be announced via email and through outreach from your enrollment specialist throughout June, 2026.
