📘 TOCFL: Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language

We strongly encourage students to take the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) during or after their Mandarin learning experience at NTU.

TOCFL is an official language proficiency test recognized by Taiwan’s Ministry of Education. It provides an excellent opportunity to assess your Chinese language skills, track your progress, and earn a certificate that is useful for future academic applications, scholarships, or job opportunities.

There are multiple proficiency levels, so whether you are a beginner or advanced learner, there is a level appropriate for you.
