Applicants need to meet the following eligibility requirements:
Be above the age of 18.
Does not have a R.O.C. citizenship and does not possess an overseas Chinese student status at the time of their application.
Is not currently a registered student at a Mandarin training center, nor has been a degree-seeking student at any university or college in Taiwan.
Is not simultaneously a recipient of any other scholarship or subsidy offered by Taiwan's government or any other educational institutions in Taiwan.
Is currently a full-time undergraduate or graduate student at one of our collaborating institutions.

Take at least 15 hours of Mandarin language courses offered by NTU Mandarin Language Programs per week.
Participate in at least one event organized by the program, such as Hands Together, cultural activities, etc.
All program fees and tuition must be paid by the applicant.
