Joe is one of the original members of the NSL and one of the three founding members. He has put together a 40-14 record in his 4 seasons. He finished as a runner-up in 2023. He won the championship in 2024 and 2025. His 2025 season is the only undefeated season in league history. He has been the only person to win the Day Division since the creation of divisions. He played in the 2023, 2024, and 2025 Online Tournaments.
Joe came up with the idea of creating the league, so he was invested. He had spent countless hours before the season playing Sluggers, so he had high expectations. He started off well with his offense showing up to win his first two games. He then dropped three of his next four, but finished the season with a win. He went 4-3 to take the 3 seed and would face Will, who he had lost to. Joe slipped up on the ice of his home stadium of Peach Ice Garden to allow Will to score 2, and Joe had no answer. An average season for Joe, but he could do better.

Joe had a lot to prove in 2023. He was certainly better than what he showed in 2022. He beat down on Wilson to start the season, but dropped his two divisional games to take sole possession of last place in Day. Joe locked in on defense, putting out four consecutive shutout victories. He had now gone from last to first. He fell to Andrew, then put out two more shutouts to end the season. Joe finished 7-3 and 4-2 in his division to get the 2nd seed and win the division. He outlasted Carston in 14 innings in round 1, then got by Jacob in 9 innings to make the championship. Joe's team's weaknesses were exposed in the championship. He gave up 3 runs and was not able to score until Andrew tossed pitches down the middle. However, 2nd place was a remarkable improvement for Joe.

Joe was improving year after year, and he had no intention of slowing down for 2024. Joe won his opening game against Matt but was upset by Wilson. Joe continued his streak of slow starts, starting 2-4. In his fashion, Joe locked in to win 9 of his next 10, dropping a game to Jacob. He lost his final game to Andrew, but that winning stretch, along with a collapse by Will, led to Joe walking to a division title, winning by four games. Joe's run also helped him take the 2 seed after being 3 games behind Garrett. Joe finished 11-6 and 7-2 in his division. In the middle of his first-round match with Jacob, the impossible had happened. Andrew lost to Matt in round 1. The trophy was up for grabs. Joe took down Jacob in 7 innings to win in the quarterfinals. Joe then defeated Garrett to make his 2nd straight championship appearance. Joe beat last-seeded Matt 2-1 to win his first NSL championship. The improvement continued for Joe.

Joe had little room for improvement after a championship season, but with Andrew out of the league, the possibility for a repeat seemed like it had a solid chance. Spoiler warning, Joe has the most dominant defensive season we've ever seen. Joe knocks off newcomer Anthony to start, then has to fend off another Wilson upset bid, scoring two in the fifth to win. He cruised by Jack, 4-1. From that point on, it was smooth sailing. Joe didn't concede a single run the rest of the season. Going 10-0 and 6-0 in divisional play, Joe took the top seed and won Day for the third straight year. He beat both Will and Garrett 1-0 in extras via walk off on his way to the championship. Joe made sure it was as unappealing as it could be, crushing Jacob 4-0. Certainly now, Joe has no way to improve, and the climb to perfection was complete.

Joe, as the host of NSL, has played in every offseason event (besides, of course, the Play-In Tournament). He won the 2025 Summer Showdown and 2025 Fall Classic. He also was the only remaining undefeated member of the unfinished 2022 Fall Classic.
