SEPTEMBER, 2018: The start of the Project
All partners held an introductory meetings at their schools. The information about the Project will be given to all shareholders and in line with the requirements expected participation of shareholders will be stated. General calendar of the project prepared review of compatible work and processes and start preparing necessary preparations will be provided.
OCTOBER, 2018: Preparing Erasmus+ Corner
In order to spread the project on a large scale and increase project awareness, an Erasmus + corner that will be constantly updated throughout the Project will be made. In this corner, both our own school and partner countries exhibitions will be carried out.
NOVEMBER, 2018: Logo Contest
Peer meetings will be held in order to provide students in special education at the school to come by other students attention. In this regard , a mascot or logo to ensure the participation of all school students the competition will be held.
DECEMBER, 2018: Turkey Mobility
JANUARY, 2019: Increasing Knowledge of Inclusive Education
Inviting the experts who work in special education and rehabilitation centers to the schools, the better recognition of students who receive special education will be targeted.
FEBRUARY, 2019: Drama Events
Special education and disadvantaged students will be involved in a drama event in order to get integrated better with each other. Also they will be able to discover their competence.

APRIL, 2019: A Special Day Presentations
Presentation of activities prepared by students including disadvantaged and special education, on April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day. (*)
(*)This is a special day for children in Turkey. Eeah partners can costumize these activities with their own special days in their cultures.
MAY, 2019: I am a part of a team.
Disadvantaged students or Special education students will be a part of a team and take a cooperative role. For example they can be in a volleyball team as a player. This activity could be customized by the partners.
JUNE, 2019: I can do it.
Making a model aircraft, origami etc with disadvantaged and special education students. In order to develop their hand-arm coordination and their focus.
JULY, 2019: Portuguese Mobility (Staff training)
SEPTEMBER, 2019: Let's Dance
The development of special education students both sensual and cognitive, development of rhythm and ability to move together the event will be held in the school yard in order to present the dance performances.

Teachers will be prepare a choir with disadvantaged and special education students.
DECEMBER, 2019: What About My Future
A trip to the appropriate high school and workshops will be organized so that special education students can choose schools in a higher education institution to know abilities and wishes in order to make future planning.
JANUARY, 2020: Montessori
A Montessori related event will be taken place to increase in the learning process of self-improvement and mental development of special education students by different activities.
FEBRUARY, 2020: Profession Days
Organizing some meetings at the schools with an expert of the selected occupations in order to get information about the professions which the disadvantaged and special education students want to be in the future.
MARCH, 2020: New Materials
Using new materials while giving exercises to students to develop their abilities to raise their self-regard.

At this stage, some mandatory changes were made due to the Covid-19 pandemic which affected all over the world. Prohibitions have been imposed on international flights. Some of the partner schools were closed because of pandemic. So the planned activities have been postponed to a later date.

Organising an outdoor (as precautions for pandemic) activitiy with a policy ''Every children is special and valuable''
DECEMBER, 2020: Painting
Painting activity on the walls of the scholl or somewhere else which is open air (as precautions for pandemic) with disadvantaged and special education students.

Organizing an online event for special education and disadvantaged students with their parents so they exchange information about the contribution of the project process to the development of them
FEBRUARY, 2021: Online Counselling
Within the bounds of possibility, online events in order to counselling will be hold to mitigate the effects of the pandemic for the special education students and disadvantaged students

MAY, 2021: Ending the Project
Sharing the outputs with the National Agency getting by studies and international interactions.Evaluating the contributions of collaboration to both teachers at the project and the target students,and then sharing this information at the local and international platforms so ending the project by the generalising those outputs in the long term.
