02/20/24: The ARC voted to recommend conceptual approval with the details to be worked out at the Staff level.
The ARC agreed that the ocular window at the rear gable could be maintained, or a square louvered gable vent could be installed. The ARC also agreed that the front façade full height windows should be 6/9 double-hung windows rather than triple-hung windows.
