This design features an open concept floor plan, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a green roof. My design is minimal and within the same size as a shipping container, in the event I chose to use that for the basic structure of the home.

alThis design features an open concept floor plan, two bedrooms, one and a half baths, a patio, bike storage, and a green roof. The design incorporates the same shape and open concept floor plan of my initial design with an additional bedroom and half bath to adjust to the idea of this becoming a guest cabin. One LEED certification credit is for storage of alternate forms of transportation which I included with storage for bikes.
