On August 28th, Our tech support and training engineer for Latin America, Angel Guerrero; imparted a general purpose and HVAC VFD training to select customers of our distribution partner AIROVAC, afterwards the customers had the chance to tour our VFD manufacturing facility in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon, we finished the training session at AIROVAC where the customers has the chance to interact with product demos of the Commander C200 and S100 general purpose drives, and the H300 HVAC drive.

On August 29th, as part of the onboarding process for our new integrator partner in Monterrey, AI Eléctrica Integral, Angel Guerrero provided a general purpose VFD training to our partner´s service engineers and panel assemblers.

Continuing our training for new partners, on August 30th Angel Guerrero provided a comprehensive presentation about our Commander C and Commander S general purpose products, as well as the benefits and uniqueness of our license-free software tools, such as Connect, CT Scope and Machine Control Studio. A great thanks to Ramiro de la Rosa for helping us setup this presentation.
In order to improve our brand awareness and capture the attention of System Integrator customers in Ciudad Juárez; Angel Guerrero presented line up, features and benefits of the Control Techniques motion control product range, including servo motors, servo drives, MCi Control Modules, PTi210 Integration Module, Connect , CTScope, Machine Control Studio and Power Tools Studio software. What is an Air Handling Unit?

ControlTechniques Partnered with Embraco to develop a custom Refrigeration compressor solution.
ControlTechniques Latin America has collaborated with Embraco for approximately 18 months to develop a customized solution for the refrigeration market using permanent magnet compressors. One of the main applications of this solution involves controlling suction pressure by adjusting the speed of refrigeration compressors, offering numerous advantages. When the installation is properly designed, it can result in improved quality of stored goods, energy savings, enhanced performance under light refrigeration loads, and extended operational lifespan.
Our M600 variable frequency drive (VFD) provides a significant advantage by allowing us to incorporate a tailor-made programmable logic controller (PLC) program within the drive itself. This custom program was developed by our Application Engineer, Angel Guerrero, in collaboration with refrigeration experts from Embraco and Rivacold. Rivacold, based in Italy, is responsible for conducting comprehensive testing on the entire refrigeration system to obtain the necessary certifications for commercialization in Europe. Angel recently visited Rivacold to participate in the final tests of the PLC program, which were successfully implemented.
We proudly announce that one of our partners who also is a panel builder recently certified by UL, ramp up requestions for multiplex solutions, they trust our F600 pump drive to make the job. We are talking about Tuberias y valvulas del noroeste, with their parent company KSI Tableros, they’re based in Culiacán, Sinaloa, were industrial or automatization process aren’t reference or aren’t growing as fast as in other places in Mexico, however they are growing their demand which shows they are very capable to design and develop a first-class integration, they attend customers around the country, and they go further and have plans to export their solutions into USA and Canada. We work together to fulfill end customer expectations, delivery on time, and forecast the demand for duplex and triplex needs, national and internationals.
Meet our new distributor in HVAC Segment in Mexico: Haften
Last week we closed with a new partner in Mexico, they are involved in the HVAC market, they will have stock available in Mexico City very soon!
Haften is a company founded in 1999, with experience in the selection, specification and distribution of sensors, thermostats, among other control products for the HVAC/R industry, Building Automation, measurement, energy efficiency and humidification.
This week we had a meeting with the businessman Víctor Gutiérrez, expert in thermodynamics and founder of Big Vento (R), we strengthened working ties and we will continue developing new high standard products for the HVAC industry.
A few years ago we started as Megaventilation providers offering a Nema4X/IP65 solution for some of its 2-meter vertical fans, with the trust placed in the versatile KBDA, the doors were opened to develop solutions for its 7-meter HVLS fans with our Commander C200 due to its 5 year warranty and integrated PLC, hence the development of our Nidec PM motor and our custom KBVF motor. Today we continue to advance together and develop products, customize KBDAs as well, and provide 2-meter and 4-meter permanent magnet motor fan drives.
