[Motors & Drives] The newly revamped C&I platform moves to action!

Recently, the stakeholders of the new C&I organization were invited to Angouleme (France) to attend the 1st Annual Seminar of this Platform dedicated to Commercial & Industrial applications, initiated by Jean-Michel Condamin – President of C&I.

This was the occasion to provide a complete picture of the new organization and the motivations for this evolution, with Mindset Alignment, Team Spirit, and Prompt Execution as the foundations of C&I’s future success. This was also the opportunity to develop C&I’s global strategy, with Customer Satisfaction as a major focus supported by 4 Pillars: Innovation, Economical & Operational Performance, Sustainable Growth and People.

Jérôme Fernandez, a special guest speaker, shared with the attendees his experience in and about ‘Collective Performance’. He is a former Captain of the French National Handball Team, twice Olympic Champion (Gold Medals in Beijing and London,) 4 times World Champion and 3 times European Champion.

Over these 2 intense days, thematic sessions were organized, and all groups came up with strong, constructive proposals for continuous improvements.

The Seminar closed on a lighter yet quite challenging teamwork: improvised paintings on canvas to illustrate “Change” and “Team Spirit”!

First and foremost, this event was designed to connect people, build up a sense of belonging to C&I, align all managers on where to go and how to get there, share ideas to turn them into action plans and have fun all together!
