The North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences Internship Program works alongside other agencies and departments to increase our internship offerings. We are proud to be a host site for the following programs:

State of North Carolina Internship Program

The State of NC Internship Program provides 40-hour per week paid summer internships over the course of 10 weeks to North Carolina Residents classified as a sophomore or above. HBCU / MIHE Internship Program

Students of Historically Black Colleges and Universities and of Minority Institutions of Higher Education are encouraged to apply for a paid, ten-week program. The HBCU/MIHE program is designed to expose, engage and educate students by giving them tangible, real-world experience with various divisions within the department. **APPLICATIONS FOR SUMMER 2021 ARE NOW CLOSED**

Diversity in Conservation Internship Program

The Conservation Trust of North Carolina (CTNC) founded this 10-weeks paid summer internship to provide a platform for college students and graduates of color - including people of Asian, Black, Latinx, multiracial, and Native American descent - to engage in and help shape conservation work here in North Carolina. **APPLICATIONS FOR SUMMER 2021 ARE NOW CLOSED**
