500 g pork thinly sliced
250 g sotanghon noodles
1/2 piece cabbage chopped
250 g green flat beans
2 piece carrots julienne
1 tablespoon garlic minced
1/2 cup flat leaf parsley chopped
1 piece onion sliced
3 stalk celery, chopped
1 meat broth cube
6 cups water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Soak the sotanghon noodles in water for 5 - 10 minutes. Set aside.
Heat a large pan. Add the pork and a little bit of salt and wait until it is brown. Note: let the oil comes out from the pork.
On the same pan, add garlic and onion and wait until soft.
Then stir-fry the carrots, cabbage, beans and celery for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add the ground black pepper, meat broth cubes and salt.
Pour-in soy sauce and 6 cups of water. Stir and let boil. Cook for 2 minutes more.
Take out the vegetables so, it will not over cook and set aside.
Add the soaked noodles. Toss the noodles until water absorbed and well blended. If the noodles is somewhat dry, add water as necessary and continue to toss until the liquid is absorbed.
Put-in the stir-fried vegetables. Toss.
Transfer to a serving plate. Serve with lemon or calamansi.
