4 ripe bananas mashed
2 pieces raw eggs
6 tbsp buttermilk (regular milk)
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Mash banana in a bowl.
Combine all dry ingredients flour, brown sugar, salt, and baking powder.
Mix wet ingredients (mashed bananas, eggs, cooking oil, vanila essence and milk) then mix well with the dry ingredients until batter is formed but don´t over work.
Add the nuts to the mixture and mix well.
Grease the loaf pan and pour the mixture and put in the oven for about 45 minutes until baked.
Remove from the baking pan and cool down for a few minutes.
Transfer to a serving plate.
