500 g fleshy chunks pork ribs
2 tablespoons garlic minced or crushed
1 small onion sliced
2 pieces dried bay leaves
2 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 meat broth cubes (optional)
1 tablespoon peppercorn
2 cups water
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a cooking pot.
Sauté garlic and onion until soft.
Add chunks pork ribs and wait until brown per side for 2-3 minutes.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, whole pepper corn, dried bay leaves, water and meat broth cubes then bring to a boil. Simmer for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
Add salt to taste.
Serve hot with rice.

Instead of using water sometimes I use a can of Coca-cola.
