Luke 19:40 “I tell you,” he replied, “if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out.
What if we were made like stones? We are fully obeying YHWH by just laying there, no sinning, fulfilling our job on earth by looking good and holding back the earth. Would you prefer to be a stone?
What if we were made like animals? as you will see, some of us still choose to act like animals: Then we would have a limited ability to do good and evil. Can a pet sin? Your dog doesn't know it is sinning until you teach / scold / beat it when it does something you don't like. But your pet is also limited to how much good it can do. Can an animal in the wild sin? An ape is most like us, doesn't realize it is naked, it doesn't have the knowledge of ways to sin.
What if it was still the garden of eden? We could spend our days walking and talking with YHWH and gardening. Maybe that is still our goal, and maybe it could happen if we aren't pursuing earthly pleasures.
Genesis 3:22 And the Lord God said, “The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil.
Who is "us"? that's a subject for a different study, but for this study, if its YHWH, Yeshua, or angels, it doesn't matter for this study. It means we have the capability of being at minimum like the angels with heavenly knowledge.
Do you see it is proportional? If there is no capability of sinning, then you have very little capability of doing good. An earthquake could cause the stone to sin, roll down the mountain and crush a car. Or the stones limit on doing good is holding back the river or earth.
Compare Katrina Hurricane in New Orleans, to Harvey in Houston. You saw extremes negatives from the people in New Orleans and you saw the extreme good in people in Houston. The storm had nothing to do with it. These people were evil and good before during and after the storm.
YHWH condemns the angels for sinning too.
An article to think about: http://www.renewamerica.com/columns/kondrich/141017
The larger the capacity to do evil is proportional to your capacity to do good.
