Wrist Menu
Your Wrist Menu
Inside Multiverse you'll find most of the important content available to you on your Wrist Menu. Your Wrist Menu is like your very own magical smart watch - it even tells the time. Sitting on either of your wrists just like a watch, you will find your Wrist Menu. It contains a wealth of features, options and settings which we'll describe in detail below.
NOTE: to interact with your Wrist Menu, simply point at an option and use your (TRIGGER) button to "click" it.
Me
The ME menu folder contains every information related to yourself. From your friends to your domains, your content & your avatar. This is where you go when you want to find something that is personal to you.
Friends: This is your list of friends. Great for finding friends and joining them within Multiverse.
Domains: This is where you find the domains that you manage or are a member of. A great shortcut to your very own personal, private or public spaces.
My Content: This is where you'll find your photos / screenshots, your cloud drives and your very own live-streams.
Avatar: This is where you can edit and customise your avatar.
People
This menu folder is where you find people inside Multiverse. If someone is online, in a public space, and not in Safe Mode, then they will be listed here.
Emojis
Who doesn't love a good emoji? In this menu folder you'll find 9 great emojis to help communicate to people how you're feeling.
HINT: Don't forget that the easiest emoji to emote with is the Thumbs Up emoji - simply hold down your (GRIP) & (TRIGGER) button for a few seconds while ensuring your thumb is off the controller and you'll send a Thumbs Up emoji floating up into the air.
Home
The HOME button is your shortcut back home. No matter how lost you are in the multitude of metaverses that make up Multiverse, you can always find your way home by clicking your heels twice or clicking the HOME button.
Domains / Verses
If you are a member of another Domain or Verse, you'll find them here in this menu folder. Simply click on any domain and you will instantly teleport yourself there.
Rooms
This menu folder contains a list of all the rooms in your current domain / verse.
Mute
This button allows you to mute / unmute yourself.
Safe Mode
This button allows you to go toggle SAFE MODE on / off. When you are in SAFE MODE it means you can't hear other people, and they can't hear you.
Settings
Advanced features & settings are available in this menu folder. These features are:
Quiet Videos: Toggling this feature will cause videos to play at a much lower volume. This is great for having a conversation in one of our Cinema, live-stream, or video watching rooms. Be careful though, it's very easy to forget to disable it.
Strafe: [WARNING] This feature is for those that would like to use one of the controllers to move sideways like a crab, instead of turning. We do not recommend this feature for those prone to VR nausea.
Smooth Turn: [WARNING] This makes you turn in a smooth motion, instead of a stepped motion. We do not recommend this feature for those prone to VR nausea.
Smooth Motion: [WARNING]. This makes all forward and backward motion smooth and not stepped. We do not recommend this feature for those prone to VR nausea.
Test VOIP: If you are having issues with people hearing you, then try using this button to test some of the obvious culprits. If people still can't hear you after checking that everything is good here, we recommend restarting your headset.
