In general we support users who create Fan Art. As such, you are welcome to make Fan Art of Multiverse including Infiniverse, but note:

• In permitting users to create Fan Art, we are not granting any ownership of our IP. You are making Fan Art of our IP, which will remain ours. This restriction covers and includes - but is not limited to - our avatars, models, logos, brand, and more.

• Fan Art may not copy, mimic, and/or replicate our brand, our logos, and/or our IP if the end result causes any misinterpretation of the Fan Art as being officially created or an official product.

• Any Fan Art that includes another user’s profile photo or another user’s content may not be included unless you have explicit permission from the owner of that content.

• Fan Art can be freely monetised at small scale - think in terms of allowing an artist to earn a bit of extra revenue, vs a persona and/or company running the sale of the Fan Art as a business.

Basically, unless you are somehow harming us, our brand, our business, or the community, then we love, welcome, and applaud fan art / fan pages / etc.

Note: We reserve the right to change any of the policies and stances outlined here at any point in the future. This includes the right to request any and/or all Fan Art to be removed from sale at any point and with immediate effect. This is especially true if the Fan Art is negatively affecting our business’s ability to generate revenue and / or perceived by us to be harming our brand or business in any way.
