While we endeavour to make Multiverse slick, smooth, seamless, and bug free, like the Greeks of old, we can only strive for perfection, and never attain it.
In the event you stumble upon a bug, please REPORT THE BUG so we can fix it. The more information you provide, the more likely we are to be able to fix the issue. Consider including information like:
A description of exactly when and where the bug happened
Exactly how the bug manifested itself
What you were doing at the time - especially anything that was not different to usual
Information about your device / os version / and which version of the app you have installed.
Sometimes the bug is related to something outside of our control - for example a bug in the operating system. For these sorts of issues, there are some very simple steps you can take that sometimes resolve the bug for you:
Restart your device.
Make sure you have the latest version of Multiverse installed.
Consider reinstalling Multiverse.
