- If you have long hair, it must be tied back
- Large or ornate jewelry is not appropriate

If coming from the 5 South, use the left three lanes to exit Crown Valley Pkwy. You will pass the main hospital building and upon reaching the street, Los Altos, turn right.
If coming from the 5 North, use the right two lanes to exit Crown Valley Pkwy. You will pass the main hospital building and upon reaching the street, Los Altos, turn right.

Requirements:
Must have completed at least 1 full rotation as a Health Scholar
Must be able to attend 1 full day of training
Must be in good standing in the program
