Details:

• All Scholar Meetings are mandatory 

• If meetings in person, you must wear your complete uniform to the meeting, including a mask

• If you cannot make it to the meeting you must notify your Department Coordinator AND you will need to pick up a 2-hour makeup shift in your department as the same month as the ASM

• *In addition to notifying your DC about your ASM absence, you must also fill out an ASM absence request which can be found on CORE under electronic forms
