The Program of Study Artifact from Boone Central High School meets Standard 2 - Sequencing and Articulation. Outlining this pathway makes it easier for students to understand the sequence of courses in the agricultural program. These courses give students the technical and employability skills for their success in the sequence of courses. Students are able to pick and chose what pathways they want to dive into and which ones they do not by using this program of study diagram.
In the Program Components Analysis connects well to Standard 2 - Sequencing and Articulation. While completing early field experiences we are to observe many different cooperating teachers and compare the different teaching styles. In this analysis I was able to see and compare a few different teaching styles and how teachers have their process of classes and program of study for their students. This analysis is a great way for me to see how teachers in the state guide their students through the agricultural program and support them onto their post-secondary education and/or career after high school.
