This artifact of two worksheets that were used to assess students is a great representation of Standard 12 - Data-Driven Program Improvement. These worksheets were used in Husker High School Day to collect reliable and valid data from students and seeing if the students learned after a lecture lesson on intro topics. Students completed the worksheets after lecture and then as a class we went over them. While we went over the worksheets I was able to analyze the data from the students on how much each student was understanding the content or visa versa. If students were struggling with the worksheets I was able to go back over the content and review and then have them try the worksheet again.
This artifact of my cooperating teachers feedback from a lesson that I taught in the high school meets the Standard 12 - Data-Driven Program Improvement. The feedback I was given from my cooperating teacher can help me tweak and change lessons for the better of the students. I can analyze the data and address the gaps among students depending on their learning styles and needs. This feedback informs me on how I can improve my teaching abilities to better myself as a student teacher. I will use the feedback as a way to have options to change and get out of my comfort zone to benefit the student.
