Author's Purpose

We reviewed author's purpose with "PIE DAY". For PIE Day the students worked through an Author's Purpose hyperdoc, learned to sign the letters for PIE'ED, ate pie, and then finished the day by pieing our Science teacher for benchmark celebrations. The author's purpose hyperdoc included songs, videos, anchor charts, and an assessment in Google Forms.
