In light of the anniversary of 911 this week, and the attempt to destroy us as a country, we talked about how blessed we are as a nation, as week sang God Bless America. We are commiting to learn it by meaning and memory.

Students were introduced to what printed music looks like. New words: Staff, Treble Clef, Notes.

Students continued to practice tuning the ear to hear the beat--"Tell your feet to hear the beat!" We marched to the beat as we sang out Note Values.
