DOT DH will oversee both traffic control AND tow operators, they will go through hiring, training, promoting, demoting, training, and anything else needed to efficiently run the departments.
General Managers will oversee the group that they are associated with, that being either Tow operators or Traffic control. The Assistant Manager/Tow Fleet Manager will also assist with duties as per General Manager's request.
Senior TCP's/Operators oversee the all duties in the field, such as scene command for accidents, where and when lane closures need to be done. As well as allocating any needed resources (Trucks, equipment, etc.) for the job being done. Simply, they are in charge of all drivers on the road. Whereas the management ranks oversee the administrative work.
Your rank must be a part of your "Roleplay name" Eg. TTCP | John Doe or GFM | John Doe.
