Dispatch and Codes

Communication with dispatch can be done either by using the codes provided below, or by simply stating what you are doing.

You must notify dispatch (if available) of what you are doing, when/if you are available. When you come on or go off shift.

This also includes, but is not limited to, arriving to/leaving a scene, whether or not you need traffic assistance and your location.
