What is Red light therapy?
We use medical-grade LEDs to deliver concentrated wavelengths of natural light to your skin and cells without dangerous UV rays or excess heat. All you have to do is sit or stand near the device for 15 minutes to charge your cells.
what do i need to bring?
We will provide a Bluetooth speaker so you may play music. You may want to have a playlist ready.
Red Light is known to be beneficial for your eyes but you may want to bring Sunglasses if you have sensitive eyes as our panels are pretty bright.
what to expect?
You’ll stand (or sit if needed) between 2 light panels for 15 minutes.
Most clients prefer to do red light in the nude for maximum benefit.

How Does Red Light Therapy Ease Pain and Inflammation?
