Physical Therapist, Morgantown

I was born and raised in West Virginia, and have lived in Morgantown for most of my life. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Honors College degree in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University in 2014. I also received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from WVU in 2017.
Since this time, I have worked in outpatient private practice settings addressing various movement-related issues to reduce pain and improve quality of life. I have also completed several continuing education programs covering orthopedic manual therapy and myofascial trigger point dry needling. Additionally, I have a growing interest in women’s health and plan to take future courses on this topic as it relates to strength and conditioning during pregnancy and postpartum, as well as core and pelvic floor stability.
Growing up, I have always loved being active. I played several sports - track and field, volleyball, competitive gymnastics, and cross country. In my spare time now, I still love staying active through CrossFit and running. I hope to share my knowledge of human movement and passion of physical activity with others looking to recover from an injury or surgical procedure, prevent an injury from occurring, or to maximize their performance in everyday life or sport.
