I am a 2020 graduate from West Virginia University’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. I also graduated from WVU in 2013 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Physiology.

CrossFit (and strength and conditioning) has been a constant passion of mine since I was introduced to it in 2010. Following graduation in 2013, I was an instructor at Mountaineer CrossFit. I was the director of the CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Teens programs as well as an assistant coach for the regular classes. I enjoy helping people achieve their health and wellness goals, and now I get to further assist with the performance therapy process.
