Common Pelvic Situations or Dysfunctions Addressed (but are not limited to):

What should I expect with Pelvic Health physical therapy?
As a new client, you will receive a thorough evaluation and one-on-one discussion with your physical therapist. The evaluation will include a non-invasive medical screening and full examination of posture, movement mechanics, strength, joint mobility, dynamic stabilization, and breathing strategies. Your examination will not include an internal assessment of the pelvic floor. A plan of care will then be created based on each individual needs, and treatments are specific to each individual. Each visit will be approximately 60 minutes.
