Sheridan Southall

Hello! My name is Sheridan Southall. I graduated from the University of Charleston with my Bachelors in Exercise Science and from the University of Miami with my Masters of Applied Physiology. While at UM, I worked with various sports teams at both UM and FIU in their strength and conditioning department. I have been involved in fitness and sports for many years. Playing college soccer sparked my passion for fitness and desire to help others get better. I am a firm believer that it is never too late to start your fitness journey.

I look forward to greeting each of you, assisting in the recovery center, and providing personal training! I am so excited to be a part of the team at Move Right!
